Weftlyn (Pvt) Ltd (“Weftlyn”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through www.weftlyn.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the enquiry form on this site:

• Your name and, where provided, your company name.
• Your email address or WhatsApp number, so we can reply.
• Your fabric requirement and estimated quantity.
• Any reference file you upload (image or PDF).

We also record the date of your enquiry and the page it was submitted from, so we can respond in context.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide the sourcing services you ask about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Where fulfilling your enquiry requires it, we may share the relevant technical details of your requirement — such as composition, GSM and width — with suppliers in our network in order to obtain quotations and samples. We do not share your contact details with them unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain a record of our business dealings. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Storage and security

Enquiry records and uploaded files are stored on our systems with access limited to Weftlyn staff who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Cookies

This website uses an essential cookie that keeps your session secure and protects forms against cross-site request forgery.

With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are read, how people arrive, and roughly where they are visiting from. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to do this and collects information such as your device, browser and the pages you view. It does not tell us who you are. We have turned off Google signals and advertising personalisation, and we do not use advertising cookies.
